Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking to appoint a full or part time Legal Secretary, to join our well established Wills, Trust and Probate department.

We are a long-established firm that has three offices across Yorkshire and a total team of around 65 employees.

This role will be working for the Head of Wills, Trust and Probate and four other fee earners. Dealing with a high volume of Private Client work, carrying out general Secretarial duties, including audio and copy typing of correspondence, dealing with clients and other professionals, maintaining accurate diaries for the fee earners, maintaining an efficient and effective filing system, undertaking general administration duties as defined by the role.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working as a Secretary within a Wills, Trust and Probate department.

Salary dependent on experience.

We are looking for someone with excellent administration skills to join our busy property team based at head office.

Duties will include opening all new matters on the system, accurately inputting information, sending out client care letters and liaising with both clients and other parties on the telephone and in person.

You will need to be flexible as the post holder will be required to provide telephone cover on an ad-hoc basis.
